1. The service

Tuition Fee Tracker helps tuition teachers manage students, fees, attendance and related work. Basic features are free with no time limit. Premium features need an active subscription.

2. Premium subscription

• Premium is sold only through Google Play as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel any time in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. After cancelling, Premium stays active till the end of the paid period.
• When Premium ends, the app switches to the free plan automatically. Your Premium data is kept and becomes available again when you subscribe again.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.

3. Your responsibilities

• Enter correct information and get consent from parents before adding their child's details, photos and numbers.
• Do not use the app to send spam or messages people did not agree to receive.
• Keep your phone and WhatsApp number secure. You are responsible for staff you give access to.

4. Messages

WhatsApp messages are sent through a third-party provider and push notifications through Google Firebase. Delivery is not guaranteed. Automatic messages may have a monthly limit.

5. Suspension

We may block an account that misuses the service, sends spam or breaks the law.

6. Limitation

The app is provided "as is". Please keep your own backup using the Excel export. We are not responsible for losses caused by wrong entries, network problems or third-party services.
